[Enhance] Smart Engineering Document System (SEDS)

COURSE SUMMARY:

This course provides an overview of EMS document management and development using the Smart Engineering Document System (SEDS). The course contents will help all participants understand how to manage use the SEDS to manage document in line with EMS. This course is designed for:

• Everybody who will involve in the EMS document development as Document Owner, Custodian, Author, Technical Reviewers, Approval Authorities, or Administrator
• PTTEP staff interested in gaining a better understanding of the principles of the EMS

COURSE CONTENT:

• SEDS Introduction (including EMS document structure)
• SEDS usage to develop new document, revise document, and withdraw document

• Structure of the EMS document
• Process of EMS document new development, revising and withdraw Key roles and responsibilities of SEDS users
