Overview

This course provides details of Management of Change (MOC) standard, basics of MOC system, types of changes, MOC steps, roles of main personnel involved in MOC process, details of MOC KPI, MOC enabler such as EPMS, definition of changes, accountability and ownership of change, technical authority system.

Note: For EPMS user, the separated training course on top of this course is required.
