COURSE SUMMARY:

This course provides an overview of the PTTEP project management process - Project Realization Process (PREP). It will emphasize the 5-phase stage-gate process outlined in PREP, PREP principles, project compliance and assurance process, and the key project deliverables. Furthermore, the summary of PREP-related standards and their linkage to each PREP phase will be highlighted.
