The training focuses on how QAQC principles are applied throughout the contract management lifecycle, from pre-qualification and bid evaluation to contract execution, non-conformity management, audits, and lessons learned. Participants will gain an understanding of internationally recognized quality standards such as International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001, API Q1, API Q2, and ISO 29001, as well as practical QAQC tools commonly used in drilling and well service operations. 

The course also introduces key contract management QAQC instruments including Quality Control Plans (QCP), Service Quality Plans (SQP), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Request for Exception (RFE), audits, and corrective action processes. Through practical examples and industry-related scenarios, participants will understand the importance of proactive quality management, compliance, risk reduction, and continual improvement in achieving operational excellence and contractor performance assurance.
