“Overview of EP SPIRIT” is a course designed to provide foundational knowledge of PTTEP’s core values: EP SPIRIT.

The objective of this course is to raise awareness and deepen understanding of EP SPIRIT among employees and executives at all levels through engaging e-learning video content in order to promote appropriate practices and encourage EP SPIRIT implementation across the organization.

After taking this course, PTTEP staff are expected to:

• Gain a better understanding of EP SPIRIT.
• Understand EP SPIRIT expected behaviors and consistently apply those behaviors in routine workplace interactions.
• Learn how to assess EP SPIRIT behaviors in EP SPIRIT 360° Evaluation
