COURSE SUMMARY:

This course introduces the tenets underlying risk assessment and management and expose methods of assessing and managing risk in project. The implementation of risk management requires the use of different type of tools and methodologies which will be discussed. How risks assessed, mitigated and controlled will also be covered.
