Overview:
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the PTTEP Well Delivery Project Process (WDPP), and its minimum requirements of standards necessary with PTTEP Policy e.g. to demonstrate that the risks of functional failure to staff, the third parties, physical assets, the environment and PTTEP reputation are demonstrably maintained As LOW As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP)
WDPP is divided into logically FIVE Phases from concept to close-out. At the end of each phase, the technical reviewed and approved as required by Well Delivery Project Process (WDPP) referring to the current version of Corporate Delegation of Authority and Signature (DAS) for each core phase from 1 to 5 from identify to close-out, supporting sub-processes, and a recap in the last session.
In this i-learn training, the course is designed as a 1-hour compulsory i-learning course aimed at personnel involved with DWE to ensure that full understanding to WDPP standard from this course could provide the effective planning, execution, and assurance throughout the well lifecycle.
Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Recognize and explain the key deliverables and assurance checkpoints in each Well Delivery Project Process (WDPP) of FIVE core phases.
- Identify the different keypoint of each WDPP document.
- Understand the WDPP Structure and Process flow of all WDPP 5 phases, Applying DAS process for approval and decision making from concept to close-out.
