EP.1 - What is Insurance? In this section, you will learn the basic principles of insurance, including the basic terminology used in the insurance industry, such as policy, premium, deductible, and coverage limits.

EP.2 - Types of Insurance: This section will cover the different types of insurance available in PTTEP, including Property Damage Insurance, Operator's Extra Expense Insurance, Business Interruption Insurance, Third Party Lability Insurance, Construction All Risks Insurance, and more. You will learn about the basic coverage of each type of insurance.

EP.3 - Insurance Purchase Process and Related Parties: You will learn about PTTEP insurance purchase process, including the role and responsibility of related parties consist of fronting company (local insurer), insurance brokers, and insurers (underwriters).

EP.4 - Insurance Claim Process: This section will cover PTTEP insurance claim process, from starting till the end of process including how to make a claim, the documentation required, and the steps also parties that involved in processing a claim.

EP.5 - Property Damage Insurance: You will learn about property damage insurance, including the coverage available, extensions (endorsements) clause for additional perils which allow PTTEP as a policyholder to add additional coverage to the policies, exclusions which outline the specific circumstances under which coverage is not provided, and answers to common questions from users.

EP.6 - Operator's Extra Expense Insurance: This section will cover operator's extra expense insurance, including the coverage available, extensions (endorsements) clause for additional perils which allow PTTEP as a policyholder to add additional coverage to the policies, exclusions which outline the specific circumstances under which coverage is not provided, and answers to common questions from users.

EP.7 - Business Interruption Insurance: You will learn about business interruption insurance, including the coverage it provides, the objective purchasing this type of insurance, and its claim condition.

EP.8 - Third Party Liability Insurance: This section will cover third party liability insurance, including the coverage available and definition of the first-second-third party under this insurance and more.
