•  Understand the Lifting Procedure documents & requirements.
•  Understand clear Roles and Responsibilities of Lifting Personnel.
•  Identify lifting categories in accordance with PTTEP lifting operation procedure& how to put control measures in place.
•  Understand key requirement for lifting operation, planning & execution phases.
•  Know the loads balance & stability, the task and the site.
•  Safe lifting gear usage & inspection, shackle, slings, hook, chain, etc.
•  Assess the risk and hazard of lifting operation and how to put controls and mitigations.
• Understand lift plan and how to develop generic lift plan.
• Workshop exercise.
