Personal Data Protection Act: PDPA (English)

This e-learning is designed for all employees to have a comprehensive understanding with the legal principles of Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data, and clarify the roles of the data controller and the data processor to complete the compliance with these laws.

You are required to study the e-learning and take 10 tests. If you pass 8 tests or more, you are successful. Also, you can re-study the e-learning during the test anytime.
