SSHE Contractor Management (Refresher Training)

This training course (for refresher training) has been prepared for all PTTEP personnel who are involved in SSHE contractor management process, i.e. contract holder, site representative, and SSHE representative, to attend in order to ensure that these personnel understand thoroughly the PTTEP SSHE Contractor Management Standard requirements and apply accordingly.

This training course will help delegates understand the fundamentals of contract management process in each phase or sequence of contract process including SSHE requirements in each process sequence, as well as the problems/issues from contract management in the past.

• Ensure that the trainees understand the PTTEP SSHE Contractor Management System and its implementation requirements.
• Demonstrate the required implementations of SSHE Contractor Management standard/procedure to trainees so that they have experience in practising the required implementations.
• Eventually minimize the risks and/or opportunity loss which may result from poor contractor management.
