SSHE Leadership for Frontline Supervisor

·      Introduction and provide the definition of BOSS and LEADER.

·      Introduction the 4 elements of PTTEP SSHE Leadership which is comprise of Care & Share, Accountability, Engagement, and Compliance.

·      Introduction of PBED tools to use and apply in day-to-day activities.

Delegates will be set in a group and do some brainstorming workshops on assigned topics as well as make a presentation to the class.
